Positive Energy Dance for Women offers a beautiful, feminine studio for the adult girls to dance, celebrate, and let loose. This is the playground for women.
The body and spirit feel so ALIVE when we dance! There’s no other feeling like it. The health benefits are wonderful as you stretch, step, pop, shake, shimmy, hip roll, and simply DANCE!!
The studio offers Special Events for women each month. The Special Events include Guest Teachers offering new dance styles, Dance Parties, Budoir Photo Sessions, and more. Pre-registration is required for all Classes and Special Events. You may register online or over the phone at 203-702-7026.
